Hillary is filling in for Executive Director Kaylin Bettinger, with the help of the MEND team, until April 2026. She also handles anything related to fundraising and communications.

Born and raised in South Texas, Hillary fell in love with North Central Washington as an AmeriCorps volunteer in the Entiat Valley. Hillary made the Upper Valley her permanent home in 2014, and has spent twelve years working in community engagement and philanthropy for local and state-wide nonprofits. In her free time, Hillary can be found on the local trails, in her unreasonably large vegetable garden, or bike touring.
