Cherié Warren

Cherié and her husband, Mike, started their relationship enjoying the Icicle Creek’s rock faces and the magnificent slopes of the Enchantments and Stevens pass. They retired here in 2018 after years of enjoying the area part-time. Cherié spent her career as a software engineer, leading international teams, working on complex database systems for Microsoft and T-Mobile. She loves using her research and analysis skills by serving on the Chelan County Planning Commission. She has seen how many individuals and families struggle in the Upper Valley as housing, food, and medical costs continue to rise. She is excited to be a part of Upper Valley MEND, working to provide resources to address these needs and foster health throughout the entire community. Cherié and Mike love to explore the local mountains with their dog, Wonder, to play pickleball, and to travel. Cherié finds great joy in following her curiosity and experiencing beauty and connection.
