More people than ever are shopping at the Community Cupboard, and costs are going up. We’re hearing from shoppers that the high cost of housing, a rise in prices, and unexpected financial crises have led them to seek help with food.
During the holiday season, food purchasing costs go up as we help families keep their tables stocked with nutritious meals. Right now, we are overbudget for the year in food purchases because of the record need!
