Aldea Village

Built in 2006, Aldea Village consists of 10 homes and is located on Titus Road, adjacent to Club West. Aldea Village was built on 5 acres of a 20-acre parcel of land owned by Upper Valley MEND.

For those familiar with languages, “Aldea Village” might seem redundant (aldea means “village” in Spanish).  But we chose this name for a few reasons:

  1. It communicates that we are trying to do more than just build homes and create a series of neighborhoods (a village).
  2. It is inclusive to all members of our community, regardless of language or cultural barriers,
  3. And finally, it has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?
